Real Estate Copy & Content
I’m a versatile writer and I’m lucky to call two separate industries my bread and butter: real estate and healthcare.
The real estate copy I’ve created for brochures, letters, and websites best demonstrates my skills in b2b comms.
Real estate often necessitates more traditional, formal copywriting. But the writing needs to be dressed up for these modern times, imbued with a sense of lightness. It can sometimes be about fun and luxury, afterall. So there’s a balancing act, and I really enjoy flexing these muscles when I can.
Here are a few samples of that work.

This Lush, Wonderful Landscape
Client: Mountain Resort Interiors & Construction
Work: Copywriting
Location: Aspen, CO
Date: 2020

Mountain Resort Interiors & Construction offers full-service construction, remodeling and design. The new owners, one of whom is a renowned architect, wanted to signal their company’s shift toward high-end, European-inspired design.
We wanted to get in touch with warm leads who have a primary residence outside of Aspen. I wrote this mailer with escapism and romanticism in mind. For further context, this was in the middle of the pandemic. Plenty of reason to want to “get out there.”
